 BRING SPAR GEAR EVERYDAY ! 

A few minutes each night maybe allowed for Sparring.

Thursday is designated sparring night.

 Both classes are designed for Olympic training, World Class competition training, Combat traditional techniques for balance and power, Sparring training, Self-defense training and Traditional Tae Kwon Do Forms.
